Dear Classmates,

Thanks to everyone who submitted record book entries. We received more than 100 submissions! As you probably already know, the Record Book is available online and can be accessed by clicking here or by clicking on the Reunion->Record Book-Access the Record Book Online tab in the menu at the top of the screen. For privacy reasons, you will be prompted for a userid and password when you click on this link. If the college has your email address, you should have received the credentials in an email message on June 5th. You will also be given a way to request these credentials when you click on the above link.

NOTE: The userid and password are case-sensitive, so type them exactly as they were provided to you. They are not the same as the one you use to login to the Wellesley College Alumnae Association web site.

If possible, printed versions were distributed at Reunion to those who ordered them. All others have been mailed. If you have any questions about the printed version of the Record Book you can contact Genie Ware at: genieware@alum.wellesley.edu

We extended the deadline for online submissions to June 29, 2009 and did receive 4 additional entries which are reflected in the version posted on June 30, 2009. The newly added entries (as well as modified entries) are noted at the end of the Record Book Names Index section so that you can easily identify those entries that are not in the printed version.

Sorry, but we will not be re-printing the Record Book, so any additions or updates will be available ONLY in the online version.

We are interested in knowing what you thought of the following, so that we can pass on this information to next Reunion's Record Book chairs:

• Submission process
• Content and timeliness of communications about the Record book (email and snail mail)
• The format of the Record book and additional information (e.g Class Notes) contained in it
• The fact that it has been made available online
